Azersigorta’s activity limited - EXCLUSIVE

Financial Markets Supervisory Authority (FIMSA) has temporarily limited the activity of Azerbaijan State Insurance Company (Azersigorta) because contracts signed on compulsory insurance of the vehicle owner's civil liability did not comply with Civil Code, Law on Insurance and Law on Compulsory Insurances, instructions were not fulfilled timely and completely.

The FIMSA is expected to publicize detailed information later.
