The Azerbaijani government increases the investments to be made in the construction and reconstruction work in Karabakh and East Zangazur in 2023 by 2.26 billion manats ($1.33 billion), or 75.3%, to 5.26 billion manats ($3.09 billion), Report informs, citing the Ministry of Finance.
