Azerbaijan sees 52% rise in premiums on property insurance against fire and other risks

Baku. 21 December. REPORT.AZ/ In January-November 2018, Azerbaijan-based insurers collected AZN 53,670,800 of premiums from property insurance against fire and other risks, up AZN 2,847,200 or 5.6% from January-October 2018, AZN 18,452,000 or 52.39% from previous year, Report informs citing the Financial Markets Supervisory Authority (FIMSA).

Payments on property insurance against fire and other risks in the reporting period amounted to AZN 2,673,900, up AZN 630,300 or 30.84% from January-October 2018, AZN 522,400 or 24.28% from a year earlier.
