In Baku, a renewed Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Chamber of Auditors of Azerbaijan and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
According to Report, the signing ceremony took place during the event dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Chamber of Auditors and the international scientific‑practical conference titled Stages of Audit Development: From Compliance to Strategic Partnership and the Path to Trust.
The memorandum was signed by Vahid Novruzov, Chairman of the Chamber of Auditors of Azerbaijan, and Muhammad Samiullah Siddiqui, President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP).
Following the signing, Siddiqui emphasized that his institution will closely cooperate with Azerbaijan's Chamber of Auditors in areas such as quality assurance, combating money laundering, and other key directions.
"This document is not just a piece of paper; it is a commitment. From now on, we will work together in many areas of mutual interest, exchange personnel, and bring together the right specialists and knowledge between our institutions and our countries," he said.
