Azerbaijan observes growth in monetary base

As of June 1, 2024, the monetary base in Azerbaijan amounted to just under 19.95 billion manats (about $11.73 billion), down 0.2% from May 1, 2024, Report informs, citing the bank.

Furthermore, the monetary base in the country for the reporting period fell by 4.45% compared to the beginning of the year, but rose by 15% year-on-year.
