Azerbaijan is considering the possibility of increasing foreign public debt by $5 billion, Finance Minister Samir Sharifov said during the discussion of the bill "On the implementation of the 2023 state budget" at the meeting of the Economic Policy, Industries and Enterprising Committee of the Milli Majlis (Parliament) held today, Report informs.
