The revenues of the revised 2023 consolidated budget of Azerbaijan are predicted to be 42,949.1 million manats ($25.3 billion), which is 9,923.4 million manats ($5.8 billion), or 30%, more than the approved figures, Report informs, citing the Ministry of Finance.
The expenses of the consolidated budget are forecasted at 41,213.9 million manats ($24.2 billion), 3,244.5 million manats ($1.9 billion), or 8.5%, more than the approved figures, and 6,140.3 million manats ($3.6 billion), or 17.5%, than the figures of 2022.
Although the consolidated budget is projected with a deficit of 4,943.6 million manats ($2.9 billion), a surplus of 1,735.3 million manats ($1.02 billion) will be formed due to additional revenues of 6,678.9 million manats ($3.9 billion).
