Azerbaijan gets 11% decline in government mortgage lending

Baku. 11 March. REPORT.AZ/ In January 2019, the government mortgage lending amounted to AZN 13 million, down 11% in comparison to a year earlier, Report informs citing the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.

Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund refinanced loans in the amount of AZN 22.9 million, up 39.95% from previous year.
