The Azerbaijani government forecasts the country's gross domestic product (GDP) at 141 billion manats ($82.94 billion) in 2027.
According to Report, citing the Ministry of Finance, 109.1 billion manats ($64.18 billion) of this amount is expected to come from the non-oil and gas sector.
As a result, Azerbaijan's economy is projected to grow by 2.7% next year, including 4.4% growth in the non-oil and gas sector. The oil and gas sector, meanwhile, is expected to contract by 1.8%.
According to the government's economic growth forecasts updated last month, GDP is expected to reach 138 billion manats ($81.18 billion) this year, including 100 billion manats ($58.82 billion) in the non-oil and gas sector.
According to the State Statistical Committee, Azerbaijan produced GDP worth 87.7095 billion manats ($51.59 billion) in January-August 2026, up 1.2% from the same period last year.
