As of February 1, 2019, the external liabilities of Azerbaijan-based banks stood at AZN 1,913,100,000, up AZN 85 million or 4.65% from the previous month and down 15.6% in comparison to a year earlier, Report informs citing the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.
