Azerbaijan and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) have exchanged views on the bank's support for promoting green energy.
According to Report, Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov wrote about the discussions on X.
Jabbarov said the talks took place during his meeting with AIIB President Zou Jiayi on the sidelines of the bank's 11th Annual Meeting in Doha.
He said Azerbaijan attached importance to its partnership with the bank, of which the country is a co-founder.
Jabbarov noted that the sides had exchanged views on AIIB's support for infrastructure development in member countries, sustainable development and the transition to a green economy.
He added that they had also discussed opportunities to expand cooperation on projects aimed at supporting economic growth and improving infrastructure in Asia.
