US ready to support Azerbaijan's green energy transition

The United States is ready to support the initiatives of American companies to share technologies for decarbonization and transition to green energy with Azerbaijan, Arun Venkataraman, Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Global Markets and Director General of the US and Foreign Commercial Service told journalists, according to Report.

He said certain technologies are needed to ensure the decarbonization process and the private sector can help in this.

According to Venkataraman, it would be good if some American companies contributed to the development of decarbonization and the transition to green energy.
