SOCAR’s STAR Refinery decreases diesel production slightly

The STAR Refinery, an asset of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) in Turkiye, produced 526,384 tons of diesel in August 2022, down 6,905 tons, or 1.3% from the previous year, Report informs, citing the Energy Market Regulatory Authority.

In total, the oil refineries in Turkiye produced 1,455,322 tons of diesel fuel in August, 60,470 tons, or 4% less than a year earlier.
The Refinery’s diesel production in July 2021 was 533,289 tons.
