The stand of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) was presented at the TEKNOFEST Azerbaijan Aerospace and Technology Festival in Baku, Report informs referring to SOCAR.
The stand was developed on the basis of the company’s corporate strategy until 2035.
Along with the traditional areas of SOCAR’s activities, it provides information on new areas, such as energy transition, digitalization, innovation, and venture capital investments.
The stand also featured presentations related to SOCAR Turkiye. The territories of the STAR oil refinery and the Petkim petrochemical complex are shown here as part of the 3D mapping project. Also, festival visitors are interested in studying intelligent technologies, special drones that check the condition of the plant and its installations.
The stand provides information on achievements in the field of increasing oil and gas production using modern technologies, as well as projects related to digitalization.
