SOCAR announces volumes of aviation kerosene imported to Ukraine

In January 2021, SOCAR Ukraine, the Ukrainian subsidiary of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), imported 700 tons of aviation kerosene to this country, Report informs.

The Ukrainian media reports, referring to the record of the consulting group A-95, that Lithuania supplied 500 tons of jet fuel to the country. Last month, SOCAR sent 200 tons of such fuel from Belarus to Ukraine.

In January this year, the import of Ukrainian aviation kerosene dropped by 43% compared to the same month in 2020 and amounted to 6,900 tons. In January 2020, these volumes were 12,200 tons.

Last month, 3,500 tons of aviation kerosene were brought by sea from Italy. All these volumes were provided by Trade Commodity.

A total of 3,200 tons of products were imported from Lithuania in January, which is 57% less than in the first month of 2020.
