The establishment of the Energy Efficiency Fund is nearing completion and will soon begin operations, Deputy Minister of Energy Samir Valiyev said during public hearings on the topic “Supporting Entrepreneurship in the Agricultural Sector: Results and Prospects” held by the Agrarian Policy Committee of the Milli Majlis.
According to Report, Valiyev stated that several draft laws related to the electricity and energy sector are currently being finalized and coordinated.
“Significant progress has been achieved, particularly through the implementation of renewable energy sources. In the coming years, the share of green energy in the country’s electricity generation will continue to grow. These efforts also aim to ensure more efficient use of the country’s energy resources,” Valiyev noted.
