Petkim Holding to support construction of a new hospital in Izmir

Petkim Petrokimya Holding A.Ş, mainly owned by the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR), has supported another social project in the Aliağa settlement of Izmir, Turkey.

A protocol was signed to launch a joint project to meet the existing state hospital's growing needs in the Aliağa district of Izmir, Report says, citing the Turkish press.

The Izmir Health Department will prepare the project, and Petkim Petrokimya Holding A.Ş., which supports the project within the framework of Corporate Social Responsibility, will provide financial support for its implementation and construction.

The building will be put into operation within 75 days. Petkim Holding sponsors the cost of construction of the first two floors of the building.

Sarkan Ajar, Chairman of Aliağa municipality, and Assistant General Manager of Business Support of Petkim Petrokimya Holding A.Ş, Khalig Mustafayev attended the signing ceremony.
