OPEC has maintained its forecast for the growth of world oil demand in 2022 at the level of 3.1 million barrels per day, in 2023 it also still expects growth by 2.7 million barrels, Report informs referring to the September report of the organization.
OPEC expects global oil demand to average 100.03 million barrels per day in 2022.
OPEC countries participating in the OPEC+ deal increased oil production in August by 277,000 barrels per day, but are 1.4 million barrels behind the plan.
