New OPEC agreement may be signed in December

Baku. 22 October.REPORT.AZ/  New OPEC agreement may besigned on December 7. Report informs citing TASS that the due statement came from Saudi Energy Minister Khaled al-Faleh.

According toKhaled al-Faleh, the agreement will be termless, as well as it will allow toregulate production from January.
