Turkish Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Fatih Donmez is due in Baku to participate in the 9th meeting of ministers within the framework of the Southern Gas Corridor Consultative Council, which will take place tomorrow, Report informs via Anadolu.
At the meeting, Dönmez will give information about the last point reached in Turkiye's target of becoming the energy-trading hub.
Within the framework of Donmez's visit, it is planned to hold several bilateral meetings, including with Kadri Simson, the Commissioner for Energy Affairs of the European Commission. He also intends to invite his counterparts and sector representatives to the Istanbul Gas Summit to be held on February 14.
