SOCAR increases salaries 10%

In 2019, the cost of wages and other payments to the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) amounted to AZN 763.2 mln.

Report informs referring to the company's 2019 annual report. According to the document, this is AZN 81 mln or 10% more than in 2018.

Last year, in the structure of accrued wages and other payments to employees, official salaries amounted to AZN 380.5 mln or up to 50% of the wages fund.

The average monthly wage of SOCAR employees for the reporting period amounted to AZN 1,234, which is AZN 113 or 10% more than a year earlier.
