Azerbaijan and China have established strong cooperation in various fields, especially in green energy, Hongsheng Shen, a professor at Shanghai University of Political Science and Law, told Report.
"We have excellent cooperation in areas such as wind and solar energy, as well as in investment and business. Both countries demonstrate a high level of mutual understanding and activity in these sectors," the professor emphasized.
Shen also noted the importance of educational and cultural exchange as one of the most promising areas for the development of bilateral relations.
"Currently, several students from Azerbaijan are studying for master's and doctoral degrees in China. In my opinion, education and cultural exchange can be the most effective means of strengthening cooperation between our countries," he said.
Speaking about the prospects of cooperation within international organizations, the professor highlighted the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO): "Azerbaijan is not yet a full member of the SCO, but perhaps in the future you will join this important international platform."
