Gazprom: Europe uses all gas pumped in summer

Europe has used all gas pumped in the summer, and now the total level of filling of underground gas storage facilities is 29.5%, Report informs, quoting official Telegram channel of the Russian company Gazprom.

"Replenishing reserves in underground storage facilities in Europe this year will require pumping as much gas as has never been pumped in a single summer season. This is a very serious challenge, given, among other things, the daily limits of injection volumes, which are strictly limited by the technological capabilities of storage facilities," the company adds.

In addition, Gazprom said that the total volume of gas available in the European market is highly dependent on the demand of the growing Asian market.
