Gas prices in Europe exceed $2,450 per thousand cubic meters

Exchange prices for gas in Europe rose by about 6% at the opening of trading on Tuesday and exceeded $2,450 per thousand cubic meters for the first time since March 8, Report informs with reference to the London Stock Exchange ICE.

The price minimum of futures contracts for the supply of gas in September (according to the TTF index) today amounted to $2,416.3 per thousand cubic meters (+4.1%) compared to the settlement price the day before ($2,321.5).
