European Commission to propose to extend fuel consumption cut deal

The European Commission will propose extending the agreement to reduce fuel consumption by 15%, European Commissioner for Energy Kadri Simson said at the European Parliament in Brussels, Report informs referring to TASS.

“However, there should be no illusions that it will be easy. This year will be difficult. I will propose extending the voluntary cut in gas consumption by 15%,” she said.
