Average daily oil production in Azerbaijan in 2025 is projected at 640,000 barrels, Report informs referring to the September issue of the Short-Term Energy Outlook report of the Energy Information Administration (EIA) of the US Department of Energy.
The forecast for oil production for next year is 10,000 barrels per day (bpd), or 1.5% lower than the agency’s August forecast.
In the first quarter of next year, average daily oil production in the country is expected to be 620,000 barrels, which is 10,000 barrels or 1.6% lower than the August forecast.
In the second quarter of 2025, daily oil production in Azerbaijan will be 640,000 barrels, which is 10,000 bpd, or 1.5% lower than the agency’s forecast made in August.
The agency also forecasts that average daily oil production in Azerbaijan in the third and fourth quarters of 2025 will be 660,000 barrels, which is 1.5% or 10,000 bpd below EIA forecasts for the same periods.
