Moscow's proposal to create a gas hub in Türkiye will be discussed in the Turkish parliament soon, Minister of Energy and Natural Resources of Turkey Fatih Donmez said, Report informs, citing Star newspaper.
"In the coming days, this issue (the hub issue) will be put on the parliament's agenda, and then the legal infrastructure will be completed," Donmez said.
He stressed that the draft requires amendments to some laws that the parliament should discuss. Donmez added that work on the construction of the hub continues.
It should be noted that the Trakya region in the north-west of Türkiye was chosen to create the hub.
