Turkiye will ensure the transportation of Azerbaijani gas to Hungary, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said at a joint press conference with his Hungarian counterpart Peter Szijjarto, Report informs.
According to him, relations between Turkiye and Hungary are rising to the level of strategic alliance:
"The relevant document is being worked on. Our alliance covers, especially, the economic and security fields."
Cavusoglu said that Turkiye cooperates with European countries in the field of energy:
"We will ensure the transportation of Azerbaijani gas to Hungary and other countries. Contacts with Azerbaijan continue in this direction."
