In September, oil exports via the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) pipeline averaged 577,000 barrels per day, Report informs, citing informed sources.
This represents a 5% increase, or 27,000 barrels per day more than in August. However, compared with September 2024, exports were down 6%, or 34,000 barrels per day.
The BTC pipeline, inaugurated on July 13, 2006, spans 1,768 kilometers: 443 km in Azerbaijan, 249 km in Georgia, and 1,076 km in Türkiye.
