Oil exports via the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) pipeline averaged 605,000 barrels per day (bpd) in April 2025 — a 4% increase (or 23,000 bpd) compared to March.
Report informs, citing OPEC, that year-on-year, April’s export volume was 2% lower than in April 2024, marking a drop of 15,000 bpd.
The BTC pipeline, which became operational on July 13, 2006, stretches 1,768 km in total — with 443 km in Azerbaijan, 249 km in Georgia, and 1,076 km in Türkiye.
