Brent crude exceeds $91

Global oil prices rose by 2.6% on Monday morning, with the price of a barrel of Brent crude rising above $91 for the first time since June 11, Report informs referring to trading data.

The price of September Brent crude futures rose 2.59% from the previous close, reaching $90.38 per barrel. Earlier in the trading session, the price had exceeded $91 for the first time since June 11, peaking at $91.41.

September WTI futures rose 2.32%, reaching $83.68 per barrel.
