The capacity of the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) oil pipeline can be expanded from 1.6 million to 2.2 million barrels per day, Bakhtiyar Aslanbayli, Vice-President of bp for the Caspian region, told reporters, Report informs.
