Azerigaz gas company received 3.27 billion cubic meters of natural gas from SOCAR in January-March this year, Report informs, citing Director-General of Azerigaz Production Association under the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) Ruslan Aliyev.
According to him, for 3 months of the current year, 706 million cubic meters of gas were sold to industrial enterprises, 2.57 billion cubic meters to the population.
The volume of gas supplied to Azerigaz increased by 247 million cubic meters compared to January-March 2021.
In March 2022, Azerigaz received 1.11 billion cubic meters of natural gas. Of these, 251 million cubic meters were sold to industrial enterprises, 863 million cubic meters to the population.
