According to him, contracts have already been signed with the Saudi company ACWA Power to construct a 240-megawatt wind farm to fulfill the task of increasing the share of renewable energy in the installed capacity to 30%: "This project, based on foreign investment, will save 200 million cubic meters of gas a year."

The Minister said that the next project, the Gunesh project, together with the Masdar company of the UAE, should be completed by March 1 this year, and work is underway in this direction.
