The 17th meeting of the ministers of OPEC and non-OPEC countries that took place through video conference has upheld the decision to increase production in July, Report informs, citing the Ministry of Energy.
It was noted that at a meeting with the participation of Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov, it was agreed to retain the plan to maintain the production level of 5.76 million barrels in July for the participants of the Declaration of Cooperation, including Azerbaijan.
According to the "Declaration of Cooperation," Azerbaijan's commitments to cut production in July will remain at 98,000 barrels per day. It means that crude oil output will increase by 10,000 barrels. So, in July, oil production in the country will remain at 620,000 barrels per day.
