Azerbaijan posts 7% growth in gas production in 2022

Azerbaijan produced 46.7 billion cubic meters of gas in 2022, up 6.5% or 2.9 billion cubic meters from 2021, Report informs, citing the Energy Ministry.

Of this, 13.4 billion cubic meters were extracted from the Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli block of fields, 25.2 billion cubic meters from Shah Deniz, and 8.1 billion cubic meters by SOCAR.
