Azerbaijan increases electricity exports to Iran by 10%

In 2024, Azerbaijan exported 36.6 million kWh of electricity to Iran, Report informs referring to the Ministry of Energy.

This is 3.3 million kWh or 9.9% more than in 2023.

At the same time, during 2024, 35.3 million kWh of electricity was imported from Iran to Azerbaijan, which is 2.6 million kWh or 7.9% more than in 2023.
