The meeting between Minister of Energy of Azerbaijan Parviz Shahbazov with the delegation led by the Deputy Chairman of the Foreign Relations Commission of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hoang Van, discussed expanding cooperation with Vietnamese companies in several fields, including oil refining, Report informs.
The significant role of the Azerbaijan-Vietnam Intergovernmental Commission on Economic, Trade, Scientific, and Technical Cooperation in developing relations between the two countries was also noted at the meeting. The current situation on the implementation of the protocol during the period since the 2nd meeting, the prospects of bilateral relations in the energy sector were reviewed, and holding another meeting in the near future was discussed.
