Partnership opportunities in the energy sector were discussed at the meeting with Harry Kamian, Senior Advisor for Multilateral Energy Diplomacy of the Bureau of Energy Resources of the US Department of State Harry Kamian, Report informs with reference to Azerbaijan’s Economy Ministry.
Azerbaijani Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov met with Harry Kamian, the Senior Advisor for Multilateral Energy Diplomacy of the Bureau of Energy Resources of the US Department of State Harry Kamian.
During the meeting, the sides emphasized that Azerbaijan attaches importance to the development of bilateral relations with the US.
It was noted that meetings and business events dedicated to economic issues stimulate economic and trade cooperation.
Azerbaijani side gave information on the economic measures implemented in the country, the created favorable business and investment environment, the economic opportunities of Azerbaijan’s liberated territories, as well as the work done within the framework of COP29.
The parties exchanged views on the development of Azerbaijan's energy sector, including green energy, and partnership opportunities with US companies in this field.
