Report informs referring to the report of the Turkish Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EPDK) that this is 22.7% less than the same period last year.
In December, gas exports to Turkiye decreased by 32.21% year-on-year and reached 747.34 million cubic meters. Azerbaijan ranks fourth among the countries exporting gas to Turkiye. Its share in Turkiye's total gas imports totaled 12.08%.
The leader in exports is Russia, which supplied 2,66.76 million cubic meters to Turkiye (a decline of 29.91%). The United States is in second place, supplying Turkiye with 1,053.71 million cubic meters (an increase of 92.64%). Iran ranks third with an export volume of 855.06 million cubic meters (an increase of 4.45%).
