The issue was discussed at a meeting between delegations led by Azerenerji Chairman Baba Rzayev and China Energy International Group Executive President Lin Xiaodan.
The sides discussed the state and prospects of cooperation in the energy sector, including potential partnerships on renewable energy projects.
The meeting also addressed the activities of Chinese energy companies in Azerbaijan and possible steps to further expand bilateral cooperation.
