Azerbaijan, China discuss potential investment prospects in energy sector

Azerbaijan and China have reviewed potential investment opportunities in renewable energy, hydroaccumulation systems, and other areas, Azerbaijani Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov wrote on X, Report informs.

"At the meeting held with Zhong Haixiang, Chairman of PowerChina Resources Ltd, issues related to the implementation of onshore and offshore solar-wind energy projects, carried out within the framework of strengthening the comprehensive strategic partnership between Azerbaijan and China in the field of energy, were discussed.

Potential investment opportunities in renewable energy, hydroaccumulation systems and other areas were reviewed," reads the post.
