Representatives of the Azerbaijan Renewable Energy Agency (AREA) under the Ministry of Energy have presented the possibility of exporting hydrogen from Azerbaijan to Europe, Report informs referring to AREA website.
This was done at the third meeting of the working group on energy between Azerbaijan and Hungary, held February 20 in Budapest.
Deputy director of the agency Aygun Zeynalova made a presentation on the Green Energy Transfer Concept and spoke about the ways and possibilities of its transfer.
The meeting participants also discussed Azerbaijan’s future contribution to the energy supply of Europe within the memorandum signed with the EU, the creation of a green energy corridor, the development of renewable energy in Hungary and the country’s experience in energy efficiency.
