AREA, Japan's Komaihaltec Inc. sign MoU

The Azerbaijan Renewable Energy Agency (AREA) under the Ministry of Energy and Japanese Komaihaltec Inc. have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation in renewable energy projects, Report informs, citing the Agency.

The MoU envisages the preparation of a feasibility study for the project of an optimal electricity and heating system in the villages of mountainous districts using the production of hybrid electricity with the application of renewable energy sources.
