At the initiative of the Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, founder and head of the IDEA (International Dialogue for Environmental Action) Public Union Leyla Aliyeva, 30 distinguished students of the Azerbaijan State Academy of Fine Arts will pass summer practice from July 2 to July 6 at the Heydar Aliyev Center within the framework of the international project "Live Life".
Report informs citing the Center that the topic of the summer practice coincides with the idea of Live Life exhibition. It is aimed at attracting public attention to the problems of the environment, nature protection and the role of art in this area.
The creative project is initiated by IDEA Public Union, supported by the Heydar Aliyev Center and the Azerbaijan State Art Academy.
The students, who take in the summer practice, will be provided with basic sets for creativity.
Each participant will receive an encouraging prize of $150. At the end of the project, three winners will be selected among them. The winner of the first place will receive AZN 500, and those who occupied the II and III places will receive money in the amount of AZN 300 and AZN 200, respectively. All participants will be given memorial diplomas.
Notably, the “Live Life” exhibition was brought to Heydar Aliyev Center in Baku after demonstration in London, Paris, Berlin, Moscow and Tbilisi. The exhibition aims to draw attention to environmental problems, nature protection, and to educate the public about the role of art in this area. The exposition presents more than 200 works.
