State Examination Center addresses winners of international and national subject Olympiads

The State Examination Center (DIM) has addressed to the winners of international and national subject Olympiads, international competitions and races.

Report informs citing the Center that in accordance with the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 229 dated May 20, 2019, the winners of international and national subject Olympiads, international competitions and races are accepted to the higher educational institutions without competition.

The winners of international and national subject Olympiads, international competitions are the following:

- Persons awarded with gold, silver or bronze medals of the International Subject Olympiad;

- Persons who ranked first, second and third at the Republican Subject Olympiad held among IX-XI grade students;

- Persons who were laureates of the international competitions (above 15 age group) (highest prize, first, second and third places).

A winner of International and Republican Subject Olympiad has the right to be admitted to a university without competition for the next 2 academic year after completing the full secondary education , while the winner of the international competition and races has the right to study at a university for the next five academic year after completing the full secondary education.

Winners of international and national subject Olympiads, international competitions (those who did not submit relevant documents to State Examination Center until May 30) should submit the following documents to the State Examination Center or regional divisions of the center (Nakhchivan, Ganja, Khachmaz , Lankaran, Sheki, Goychay, Shirvan, Barda, Shamkir):

- A copy of the "Electronic Application of Applicant " approved in general form;

- An original of the document which confirms the winner of International Subject Olympiad or the national subject Olympiad, the international competition or race.
