Minister: Schools in Fuzuli and Lachin open their doors to students for first time

The first bell rang for the first time at secondary school No. 1 named after Mirza Ulugbek in liberated Fuzuli.

According to the Karabakh Bureau of Report, the event was attended by Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev.

Speaking at the event, Amrullayev noted that secondary school No. 2 in Lachin also opened its doors to students for the first time this year.

"160 students are starting their studies at the school in Fuzuli. However, as the Fuzuli residents return to their homes, their number will constantly grow. By the end of the school year, the number of students at the school in Fuzuli will probably reach 400 people. A total of 140 students have started their studies, but their number will grow at school No 2," the minister said.

According to the minister, by the end of the school year the number of students in the school in the village of Zabukh will reach 100: "At the same time, the number of students in the school in the village of Aghali of the Zangilan district is growing. Last year their number reached 70, and now it has increased to 120," Amrullayev said.
