Minister: New schools to start operating in Khojaly, Khankandi, and Jabrayil this year

New schools will also begin operating in the Azerbaijani cities of Shusha, Khojaly, Khankandi, and Jabrayil, as well as in Sus village this academic year, Azerbaijan’s Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev told journalists, Report informs.

The minister highlighted that approximately 10 schools will be operational.

He also mentioned that the newly constructed schools in Sugovushan and Kalbajar are set to start classes in October and November, aligning with the relocation process.

“Additionally, more schools are expected to open in 2025, 2026, and 2027 as their construction is currently underway,” Amrullayev added.
