Heydar Aliyev Foundation builds new school in Ujar’s Rastaja village 

Since the secondary school of the Rastaja village of the Ujar district, built in 1963, became unusable, the Heydar Aliyev Foundation undertook the construction of the new school for 180 students, Report informs.

The two-storey and three-building school was inaugurated today. The head of Ujar District Executive Power, Mansur Mammadov, head of the Humanitarian Programs Department at the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Elvin Aslanov, Deputy Chief of Staff at the Ministry of Education, Narmina Huseynova, head of Central Aran Regional Education Department, Elchin Karimov, families of martyrs, war veterans, and teachers and students of the school participated in the inauguration ceremony.

Necessary conditions have been created for students at the school. The educational institution has classrooms and laboratories. Landscaping and greening work have been done in the school area.

The Rastaja secondary school employs 25 teachers. 165 students study at the school.
