In a groundbreaking statement at the Baku Investment Day (Baku ID 2024), Azerbaijan's Minister of Science and Education, Emin Amrullayev, declared, "We want to see young people as employers, not job seekers."
Minister Amrullayev emphasized that achieving this goal requires a long-term strategy focused on developing the knowledge and skills of Azerbaijan's youth. He said progress and achievements are based on embracing mistakes as learning opportunities, fostering self-belief.
The minister stressed the importance of confidence in a successful future and noted that encouraging collaborative growth within society and cultivating a supportive environment for personal development are among the key aspects.
"Everything begins with culture, and culture is closely tied to personal qualities," he said.
